Vizi Design was engaged by Baltic Projects Pty Ltd to deliver architectural documentation for the new ablution block at Joondanna Reserve on behalf of the City of Stirling.
The design provides compliant, low-maintenance public amenities integrated within the existing park setting, with robust detailing to suit frequent community use and minimal upkeep.
The documentation package included full NCC 2022 and AS1428.1:2021 compliant layouts, construction drawings, and coordination with structural and services consultants.
Key materials specified include Colorbond Mini Orb wall cladding in Windspray, Bondor SolarSpan insulated roofing panels, and durable jarrah batten screening elements.
